The production line is divided into three main stages to ensure a continuous workflow:
- Module 1 (Automatic Feeding): It begins with the reception of pallets on a motorized conveyor belt. It utilizes a specialized vacuum suction cup system that handles panels from 3 to 40 mm thick and features a stabilization unit to prevent feeding failures.
- Module 2 (Processing and Sanding): It performs the treatment of the poplar plywood. It is equipped with laser sensors that detect thickness to ensure only one panel passes at a time, a sanding station for a uniform finish, and an automatic quality control system to detect defects.
- Module 3 (Smart Palletizing): It completes the process by automatically sorting the panels into three independent zones based on their quality. It uses pneumatic cylinders for alignment and an automated system to place the bottom protection panels (waste boards).
Control and Ergonomics
- HMI Monitoring: It features an integrated Human-Machine Interface for real-time tracking of panel positions and performance metrics.
- Ergonomics and Workflow: An elevated platform is incorporated to improve operator visibility and safety, while also eliminating bottlenecks by balancing the sanding and inspection stages.

There is a +39.5% increase in monthly production, rising from 96,000 units/month to 133,920 units/month (a net increase of 37,920 panels). This is equivalent to 1,896 extra panels per day or 6 additional pallets per shift.
